Out with the Old, In with the New

Today is one of those days, our latest project house is sold, closed today. Started taking out the furniture and accessories tonight.  We didn't keep this one long enough to get attached, or should I say, to get tired of it and wish it would sell. Not that I am not glad that it sold, just seems like yesterday we were setting it up and decorating it, today we are taking it all out.  Oh, well,  great project, good end. Can't ask for more.

Also, made an offer on another project, if it is accepted, we will have the next project.  Otherwise, still looking...

Working hard to get everyone taken care of for Easter, tomorrow is Good Friday. Two more projects, and then off for the weekend.  Downtime...

What a great week!!

We had a very eventful week.  Monday we moved the last of staging furniture from our Aurora project, as the house closed on Monday!  YAY!  Then we installed carpet for the owners of Aurora in their new home on Tuesday and ordered new light fixtures after finalizing selections.  There will be lots of new and exciting things to come for them and I am very much looking forward to that.

Thursday and Friday we had Hunter Douglas Premieres training, lots of new and exciting products.  Won great door prizes which will help us to better display the beautiful new Ribbon Drapery on a decorative pole. Can't wait to order the samples for our showroom of this new product. And a digital photo frame with professional photography will help even more!  Our son Matt also attended and will be selling in the Houston area very soon...

More to come....
