Here we are in Houston, beautiful trip down 290 , bluebonnets are just coming in, not to miss them any year Stopped in Barton Creek to check out a house for a client, pick out paint color and carpet. It will likely be a big project remodel eventually, but we need to get the paint and carpet replaced so they can move in, then get the other projects later. Then when we arrived, found just the right carpet for an area rug for a client of ours, something we did not have, but the first store we visited had exactly what we needed.
We are still on the lookout for the next big project, but staying busy with lots of interesting ones in the meantime. Our open house this week at the Firestone project had about 30 visitors, local realtors, so we now it will be moving any day now.
Wood shutters in a totally renovated historic house is Georgetown is on the horizon, can't wait , This is the house all old house enthusiasts want their home to look like. Drapery and 1" wood blinds will complete the look.
