We measured for and took the order for our first shutter job in Houston area today. One of our special customers with a second home in the Hill Country called, and we sent Matt, our Houston connection (and son!)down to measure and make the sale. YAY! Thanks, Houston! Lots more to come...
Making plans for vacation, and went and looked for a second time at a potential home transformation project in Horseshoe Bay. We are putting the numbers together and figuring out if it is a deal we can do.
Still waiting on the other HSB project, to see if they accepted our offer.
Our newest associate, Travis, returned to work this week, and she and Berta are cranking out the outdoor cushions for Outback Unlimited. It is that time of year, and of course, everything is due by Memorial Day. We also placed another order for outdoor drapery yesterday, fabric arrived today, due by May 14th. We are hopeful, since it is for one of our all time favorite customers. But everyone is our all time favorite customer, makes life fun! By next Friday, we will be ready for a vacation of nothing but relaxing. No tours for me, just relaxing on the beach or at the pool.
