Today, the doors were hung to officially create the new master suite The microwave/hood, master bath mirror and the new lock for the entry door was installed. Tomorrow, the plumbers come to hook up the new stainless steel dishwasher, still waiting to hear from the electrician to install the undercabinet lighting.
We got a referral from a builder friend for a source for new sod for the front yard, supposed to get a quote from him. Hope it is in the budget, ready to go any time if it is;. If not, back to the drawing board or we will install it ourself. Time will tell, but time is money now. Need to get this back on the market , every day counts.
