Bluebonnets are gone, and not as much rain in April for the May flowers as we would like. But the lake is beautiful (LBJ, anyway) and we are all gearing up for summer. Projects we are doing right now include motorized roller shades about 30 ft off the floor in a lake house on Buchanan, as well as outdoor roller shades on a deck of the same gorgeous hillside home overlooking the lake. Beautiful sheer Luminette drapery for a condo on Lake LBJ will help soften the room and protect the room and furniture from the West sun, and they qualify for a Hunter Douglas rebate, so the lucky clients will get back $400.00 on this project. Wood Shutters on the street side finish off this project to update this 80's era home.
Lovely Hunter Douglas Vignette roman shades will help protect the master bedroom of this home on the Legends golf course from the direct West sun. The lucky homeowners again will save $100.00 in rebates from Hunter Douglas.
Moving on further west to Horseshoe Bay West, we installed beautiful Mohawk velvety commercial carpet in this real estate office building turned office building. It has been completely renovated and we are privileged to help with the final finishing touches of carpet and tile in the main building and the bonus office/building in the back. Fantastic!
